MDA Space will acquire all shares at a 75% premium, with the transaction totaling $269M, including debt retirement. The move vertically integrates SatixFy's chipsets and IP into MDA's satellite systems portfolio.

The Israel Daily News has an interview with an impressive 15 -year-old media expert named Hillel Kornwasser. When he was 13 he began producing a 30 minute documentary about the October 7th massacre. Instead of looking away and enjoying his youth, he took it upon himself to start doing the research, the interviews and even finding partners to help make this documentary come together.
Its called “Forces of Resilience” and the film features stories of Nova Festival survivors, interviews with activist and Holocaust expert Shabbos Kestenbaum, Hillel Fuld and others who were affected by the violence. You’ll be impressed by just how articulate this young man is.
