About Iron Nation
Iron Nation is a no-fee, no-carried-interest emergency impact fund supporting Israeli startups affected by the war. Founded by Gil Friedlander, Chen Linchevski, and Jason Wolf, the volunteer-driven fund is backed by leading VCs including Pitango, Viola, IGP, and Silvertech. A team of 10 volunteers processes applications, conducts due diligence, and rapidly distributes funds to ensure business continuity. Iron Nation is also supported pro bono by organizations like Meitar, Startup Nation Central, and InNegev, with a goal of raising $20M to keep Israel’s tech ecosystem strong.
